0 Wordless Wednesday: My son turning 17 mo

My son is 17 months today! I feel sorry that i cannot be there for him. To treasure and mark this day, i decided to upload his photos that i recently took. He is not photograph loving type of person, maybe he is camera shy or he just do not give a damn on this taking photos matter. It is because he will always either look away from the camera or he is trying to poke into the lens.

Do you know how it is to take this photo of him, facing the camera? He is climbing on the staircase and i am waiting for him from the top of the stairs.
 Say cheese, little darling....

He just got this serious expression like me when he is up to something...

This is what i am talking about earlier. He will turn down his face when i am trying to capture his best moment catching some flying insects that goes into the house when it is getting dark. Errr...we are living in the jungle. Kidding.

Maybe the flash is too much for him.

If this is the only way to make him look into the camera, then i will always have a blurry finger like that in his photo. He is trying to poke into the lens like i said earlier. Lets hope he will grows out of this.

Gah, finally a photo of him turning to me when i called his name. Manage to take clear photo without blurriness.

That's it for today. Happy monthsary my little son.. Mommy and daddy love you very much.

0 My first Zalora!

Nah i have been hearing, 'like' on Facebook , receiving and deleting emails after finally i click to open my inbox from Zalora.com to see what they have to offer. It has become one of the biggest online shopping nowadays. We seen Zalora.com everywhere on the net. If you are a woman who loves fashion and SHOPPING  then you will feel intrigued by the offers you saw in the ads. My second anniversary with Steven is coming very soon which is next week and we planned to go out have a lavish dinner at a fancy hotel. Well i actually had booked it. Works are taking tolls on my time and i really do not have time to go around shopping malls to shop for my clothes. And i kinda really need a new dress for that night.

Uh , we have been married for two years but, of course every women in the world wants to look beautiful by their men. Well , if i were to go out during the weekend it'll takes so much time going in and out of fitting room and in the end of the day i need to bath and feed my son and play with him some more.. doing house chores...Wears me down ...i rather semi sleep together with my little son and surfing around for online shopping. So i thought to myself why not just get a fabulous dress online? So my first choice definitely from this ever sought after and widely advertised on the net , Zalora.com. . They of course have wide range of clothing for men and women , accessories, shoes, health and beauty care and also the home appliances. Delivery is also kinda fast , as fast as 3 bussines days even to Kota Belud, Sabah mind you. They even let us return the products within 30 days. Payment can be made either by direct debit if you have Maybank2u, CIMBClick or via credit card. Cash transfer also available but, after you made the payment, you have to fill in a form to fill in your transaction details. If you are transferring cash using this method, the cash will be credited to the Zalora's bank service the on the next working day and may take up to three working days. Zalora will only send you stuff you bought once the cash credited to their account. So, which method do you prefer? I remembered they also received payments via Paypal but, i am not familiar with it , anyway.

If you still want to surf around what i had bought from Zalora, check them out in the following photos...

Three items one go! And i am loving what i bought.
This certainly will be my working shoes. It has comfortable  kitten heels which definitely will be useful when i have to go up and down three-storey class buildings.
I really love the details on this shoes...

I did try on this dress the other day but , took no single photo with it. Because i want it to be special on our anniversary night..will only post it ( i try) after the dinner. Heee..But, you can search it online based on the tag above.

I might pair the dress with this 5-inch heels but i am restless at the thought that i would looked taller than Steven....hmm

Why , why it is always this long to take you to the point , right. The quality of the dress is so-so. What I  mean is that it is not so bad yet there are few slacks that cannot be ignored too. ....... while the shoes , i do hope that they'll survive with my ever changing tastes on shoes. These shoes from Zalora are not off branded ones  bought but they really felt comfortable under my feet though the black one are 5 inches high. Well i really wear some of really comfortable and fine shoes until they wear off ,alright. While some, while they were exceptionally beautiful, i kinda put them in the corner after some time( they must felt horrible) and only wear it occasionally. So usually they wear off themselves, rot in that shoe rack on their own. Kinda wasting money but, that's why i am being kinda savvy by rarely choose  expensive brands of shoes because of this bad habit!

 Do you know other online shopping shop that works as well as Zalora around Malaysia or Singapore? Please do share and lets save our petrol by buying online. Hahaha, what a terrible calls i made there. Only make sure that you do not use it to cure depressions or heartbroken or you going to end up being caught in heavy debts.

Chaw, stay fashionable, ladies.

0 Can i drink myself to beauty?

I never believed the statement, with this you are on your way to have a beautiful, healthy and glowing skin.
Well, do you?

I think no matter what you drink, you eat, you swallowed, you chew ... no matter how good the stuff you are doing yourself to get that beautiful, glowing skin, it is all go back to the lifestyle you are leading.

One cannot achieve the beauty that they dream of if they are not sleeping well , eat well and rest well. Though you have spend thousand ringgits to buy the best skincare, cosmetics and nowadays supplements. Spend and use.

You gotta maintained the taking of skincare and supplements if you want the effect to last. Cosmetics always goes away in the end of the day, and at night it is only you and your dull skin. It is not wrong to have all these products with you. Apart of spending lotsa money on them, use them...

YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE TOO.

Like most people said,

sleep well.
rest well.
eat well.
smile.

hey, exercise too.

If you are an 'owl' , drinker, smoker, stressing  yourself too much, and already have bad skin condition, you eat or wear whatever, it is not going to work y'all.  You are wasting more money only.

So, before deciding on taking supplements you have to make yourself lead the right lifestyle first. Then, the effect will be optimized.

So, when i decide to take a collagen drink as my supplement, i decide to change my lifestyle first. Instead of going to sleep at 1 a.m., i try my best to go to bed at 11 p.m.. I decide that my work stops at the time, and i buried in my mind that no matter what, nothing can't wait until tomorrow. So that, i can have my rest. Even during the weekend i got the urged to click my workload files on my lappie, i resist it. I choose to go play and have a good time with my little son. Or go out and shopping.

Instead of taking naps during my spare times, i do my pilates. It is so easy, and can be done right in your own bedroom. Well there are friends who asked me what did i do to get back in pre pregnant shape. I am sorry, i said , "nothing, just reduce my food consumption." Well that is true from a side. Pilates too is one of my secret to get to  my pre-pregnant size.  But, all i do is just the abs moves... the criss cross, the 100, single leg stretches, roll up, and the spine stretch...and one non-pilates moves, the push-ups just to remove my batwing! Don't you just hate the fatty skin just outside your underarm showing when you are wearing tube tank top? I hope to do an entry on the pilates moves that i have been practising because it works!

I even added to my diet , a collagen supplement for this new year. I am getting no younger.

So, why i suddenly want to drink myself to beauty?

I thought that my skin condition will get better as i aged, i mean my acne! It does come and go during the menstrual times of the month but, i realize that the scars are getting slower in healing. I noticed there are three worry lines starts to appear on my forehead too. Even when i wash my face , i can feel that my skin is getting no smoother by day.

I decided to take the Kinohimitsu J'pan Beauty Drink 2500 mg. Well, it is quite a pricey collagen drink but, i think it is worth a try if i am really want to take care of my skin. I know that despite collagen maintains youthfulness of the skin , i will still aged but , at least this drink may slows it down. Duh, i am talking as if i am  40 already!  I knew that collagen drink does not only improve the face only but also to the entire skin body.

Now that i already took 16 bottles for about three weeks. Advised to take a bottle daily for 6 consecutive days, a bottle every two days as to maintain the effectiveness. I actually do see changes in my skin ! I think if i really watched out what i eat, and sleep earlier, it will do better.

Even only 6  days, i noticed that my skin felt smoother and looked radiant than before even without make up on. Wrinkles certainly does not disappear yet. I do not expect that kind of miracle to happen anyway. My pimple heals 3 times faster and less scarring. My skin feels plumpier and more radiant. Acne scars before i took this drink also disappearing.

So, my verdict YES,i can drink myself to beauty! But of course, with maintaining the intake , sleep well, and eat well. I saw the same collagen drink in Watson but with higher contents of collagen, 5300mg, Kinohimitsu J'pan Beauty Drink Diamond. I think i am going to give it a try too. Maybe i will looked like 16 again. Arghh, that is so shallow me. I do not even like my skin when i was 16. Trust me, i looked my best at my age now. Better than ever.
After finishing a box of it which contains 16 bottles i actually can see difference in my skin. My skin feels refreshingly hydrated, and feel plumpier aside from my scars healing gradually. It does not remove my worry lines but my skin definitely has reduced breakouts. Pimple does show up during certain time of the month but it heals faster and less scarring.

Did i mention that it taste delicious? It taste like lycee because of the lycee extract they put it in. It is best chilled before drinking it. The product also suggested that you drink it at the same time of the day everytime you took it in to give the body opportunity to create a body clock for the supplements to be absorbed effectively.

So that's it for now from me. What is your beauty secret? Do you have certain beauty regime ? How do you maintain your health ?

0 Truth be told. I am a terrible mom. I am sorry, son.

What makes a terrible mom? Lets start from the worst since the title above already the worst kind you kinda expected from me.

Beating up her kids.
Let her kids hungry.
Does not kiss or hug her kids.
Does not breastfeed? Arrh..you can't blame mom on this. Sometimes there are moms who just not created for this mechanics.
There can be thousands of reason why a mom called a terrible one.

People already see me as a terrible mom since i went back to work. I have the heart to leave my beloved son at home to be taken care by his grandma and grandpa. His grandparents lived 112 kilometers  away from my workplace. This is the best i could  get transferred from Lahad Datu when i was still pregnant.

Why i did it? So many questions was being thrown at me and yes now people already stop asking because the world is going round and there are better thing to talk about other than how i raise my son.

Why not i just hired anyone to babysit him when i go to work? There are two daycare centres in this district. One strictly for hospital employees and the other one is likely will take anyone's child as long as it is within their quotas. Why not i just sent him to my in-laws since they were all in the same district where am i working?

Money is definitely not the questions here. I invest in good money for the car's gases every weeks and even give my mom allowances for this most precious favors. I know there are not many grandparents who is able to do this for their children fulltiming when they aged. I just can't stand the thought that my son is going to a pre kindergarten  ( i know these day care does not force any kids to learn but, the situations there kinda feel like it) that young and be overwhelmed by other kids and adults whom i do not know their backgrounds. Plus, there is so much horrible things i heard of daycare centres! I know it is just number of them but, it is enough to send me shivers if my son were go to one of these daycare.

In-laws is the closest i have in this district.  But, forgive me in-laws.They are the most wonderful and kindest people i met in life.  I just can't let my son lived in less than i ever had when i can provide better for him. My family is not of silverchair blood but, i was brought up in a well sufficient environment. This is something i know that many people will if they can, stone me to death. I would say  that , the insufficiency of this place stops me from sending my son to my in-laws. I can only assure that my son will be better taken care of my parents for now. Enough said. I do respect and appreciate them as my family too.

So, i lived in the district where i am working now on the weekdays and every weekend i tried not to miss Friday nights with my son and spend quality time together during the weekends. So, my Monday blues and TGIF is nothing like to anyone else's .... i think. Err...my Monday blues is all about driving like a crazy woman to get to school on time and TGIF is also driving crazy like a blind woman , i try my best to get home before dark.  I have very bad vision driving at night by the way.

Deep inside this choice i made for my son, despite my husband is working further, i do feel guilty every breath i take. I feel like it is not right my son is not here with me. Seeing me going to work everyday. Picking him up from daycare. Feeding him, bathing him everyday, not only for the weekends and sing him lullaby. Breaks my heart every seconds i though of his smile, laughter, and him being grumpy.

If one day my son will be able to read this,

 I am sorry , son. I really love you i can't stand the thought of you not being cuddled when you are fed, when you want to have you nap. Wondering who will hold you if you fell and cry, or when you just need to be, who will hand your favorite snacks, change your diapers, you know you could be ballistics when getting change. I could never trust people that much. That's why you never go to a daycare. That's why this entry is being posted now. Trust me, there is nothing like just spending time with you. Mommy always day dreaming about you being with me here. But, please know that, mommy loves you more than anything in the world. Mommy pray everyday that this situation will change. I do not know how will it change or how but, mommy will try to do the right thing for you always.

0 Modern Romeo and Juliet

The sounds of dog barking from the landlord house always break the silence in the middle of the night. Now, i know what makes they bark to their asses. They saw a boy climbing up the fence between the house that i rented and the landlord! And climb his way up to a window.Horray, i found the answer though the idea actually has been around since i moved in here early last year.

A thief?

A peeker?

Neither of them. He is a lover of the landlord's daughter.

Romantic. How many boys these day will do that for a girlfriend? How many will risk their safety and their lives like this. Okay, sneaking up might not killed him right away unless if he accidentally fell from his girlfriend's window. I was told that his girlfriend's room is at the first floor. And the house, is quite tall actually to climb up to. But, if he got caught by the girl's family, he might be beaten up and might be send to police right away. The girl's family is quite famous here in Pitas since they are the richest family in this town. So i've been told.

I know. This story sounded like 40's  love story where daddys in the world hate men who dates their daughters. Big time.
I was gonna hang my laundry outside around 10.30 p.m. when i noticed a white motorbike parked behind. I never saw it there during the day. Then, i remembered Steven told me about this boy, so i took a picture of this motorbike to become my story for this blog. Tonight i remembered that my housemate and my husband did mentioned about a boy who climbing up the fence at the back of the house. My housemate's husband and Steven caught him in the act some time last year, he told them that he wants to see his girlfriend in the house. (pointing up to the landlord's)

I would've charge him with crossing over people's land. I would've charge him for peeking me as he always stayed down before climbing to the landlord's compound outside my toilet. I would've report him to the landlord or to the police. But, as far as i remembered, i never saw anyone peeking on me. Never did my housemates complaint on anything. Neither of our cars parked at the front yard  suffered any intentional scratch.--> Neither my bras or panties ever stolen.<-- I am kidding on this part. anyway. I do not hang bras and panties outside the house anymore.

So, i decided to just let it be. I am sure both my housemates do acknowledged that he is crossing our house compound every night but, never complaint of any problem. I think it is better to let other couple be happy and enjoy their youth while they can. I myself was like them too, once upon a time in secondary school. Fell in love with a boy and felt like the world is all ours. Ho ho ho. Gone were those days. Now, it is me , family, friends and community. I am teacher, damn it. I can't own the world with my loved one only.

I know that these couple has been doing like this for at least a year or more. I prayed that they will finally get married , have children and live happily. I hope that the girl's father did not find out that this boy has been sneaking up before the girl is ready to introduce him to her family and do not get himself beaten up if he was to be caught in the act.

We've all been young once upon a time in our life. And let's not hope this modern Romeo and Juliet does not end like the old story too.

0 The Only Royal Garden in South China

Hi, happy new year. It has been 5 days since last year i post an entry. So, this entry is kinda my first entry of the year 2013.  I have been officially blogging for about 9 months ( aww..late bloomer) which i started on April last year. Blogging keeps me busy during those crazy lonely nights during the weekdays. Fyi, i am still working as far as 114 km from where i work now with my son and now that Steven has moved working to other part of northern Sabah , in Banggi i could not be any lonelier than now. Will i be better blogger from this situations? Lets see..

Sorry, i took you so long to get to the actual entry. Long introduction, ey. Forgive me, ey because i did not do any entry for the end of the year. So, i am just going to do it in short here before i tell you more of my stories during my vacations in China last December. There has just too many to tell , that's why it all comes in  different packages. Each places own its own entry. Here we go...

We know about Forbidden City in Beijing.

We know about the Great Wall of China in Beijing.

We think we heard of the Yuan Mingyuan Garden in Beijing. Did you ever heard of it anyway?

China is the 4th largest country in the world and largest in Asia with 9,630,960 km square total areas, and Beijing is just a part of China located at the northern part. And we know that everything royals about China must be in Beijing.

Well, if you are just hanging around the southern China, there is royal stuff there too. We know that when we go to China, we want to see the royals stuff there. One we knew makes China 's so amazing. Once upon a time and to me until now it is still. The royals stuff that i am talking about is the New Yuan Ming  Palace Garden.

Travelling to China can never be complete if you don't visit this kinda place.

The main hall where emperor held court with the ministries. This palatial also is the first part of the garden.

It is a replica of the Yuan Mingyuan Garden or Old Summer Palace in Beijing which was destroyed in 1860 by French and British troops during the 2nd Opium War. The war had took almost everything from the Old Summer Palace, from the architectures , valuable paintings to gold treasures being robbed by the troops. The New Yuan Ming Palace Garden is only 1/6 from the original one in Beijing and it was rather a successful attempt that has been made by China authorities to recover the old one. This is because , there has been many efforts to recover but none had been approved until 1997 the New Yuan Ming Palace Garden built and opened for tourist in Zhuhai, China. Now, it attracts millions of tourist to come to visit it. It is not only mere replicas of the original buildings but also functions as recreational park. The garden now consists of three parts, the imperial garden of Qing and Ming dynasties, the classical garden of Southern China and the western building.

Steven looks like a happy king who has to hold his machoness in front of his ministries. Or he looks like he was in shocked. But, actually he was mad at the photographer there who told him not to smile too much because he wanted  to give a happy king looks. "emperor does not smile".
Here in the main hall, there has these royal costumes that visitors can wear and have their photographer to take photos for you.

 We actually had to rent these costumes there and paid the photographer for best shots that we chose. One also can choose the size of the photos along with its frame. Size of photos will determined how much you have to pay for the costumes rent and photos.

Well, i ended up paying RMB320 for total of 4 photos in 5R size....

Ohh, there is a cute queen by the way .... that looked like me?

The Old Summer Place in Beijing also had many bridges there. Therefore this replica gardens too has number of bridges crossing the canals around the garden.

The recreational garden around a lake here, called Fuhai Lake is the second part of the garden. This road actually goes circle around the garden. So, you start the tour from the main hall, you will be back there too if you just walk along the road. This road too will take you to the third part of the garden.
Behind Steven is a Chinese fortress. You can find this along the road in the second part of the garden.

In this garden too held  more than 30 performances which starts at 10.30 a.m. daily. Performances are like the opera show  and so on. We were supposed to see one but, since we arrived at wrong timing, rainy days , maybe they just had to postpone one.
The performance hall. There is indoor and outdoor performances. The yellow chair is where audience gonna sit when there is outdoor performances
 The third part of the garden  has buildings of ancient architecture of European - Rome which  makes this garden palace unique with mixed architectures. Our driver asked us to hurry taking photos along the park so that we can see the following water fountain...

 But, this is common, right? The driver told us that every 12 noon there would be special water fountain in the Dreamy Water City but, there was just none when we were there. We were quite disappointed at that because whenever we went, something good gotta be down, or under maintenance and so on. However, the view of Romanian  like buildings and fountains  here stunts us.

All the human-like statues  supposed to be fountains every 12 noon but they looked calm during our visit there. These statues actually the 12 animals in Chinese zodiacs.
These staircases of Gothic designs are so avant-garde!!

Walking around this enormous garden can be pretty tired but, it is not hard to find food stalls and souvenirs shops in  here. There were even street food selling just outside the garden too. And they are delicious! We bought almost anything that we thought could beat the cold.
Fried Sau Mai! Yummy.....

This a candid shot of Fredley (the white jacket) and the fortune teller outside the garden. The fortune teller insisted to have a look at Fredley's palm and went crazy when Steven took photo of them. I wondered why the Chinese in China do not like their picture taken. Even at a buffet restaurant. I was going around to take photos of their food but, someone i thought he must be the manager went to me and forbid me from pursuing my actions. I wanna asked why, but our tour group was on the way out already when the manager talking to me. So, i just get my ass outta there.

2013, wishing all you there especially married couples to stay happy, blessed and prosper.

0 Oh , Christmas tree!

Ever wonder why do Christmas trees were everywhere when Christmas season comes?
~~~~~~
Several reasons why you would have it around your house would probably be....
 Reason #1, merely for Christmas decorations. You erect it every year during Christmas season without failed because you think that  your Christmas will not be perfect without it. The Christmas tree kinda give you the serenity and the Christmas spirit.
Christmas tree at Leal Senado , Macau.
Reason #2 , Christianity symbolic. Yes, if you are a Christian you would not find anywhere in the bible saying anyone, let alone King of Herod or the wise men from East who first saw the star of Betlehem when Jesus Christ was born did erect any Christmas tree to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. The wise men only brought presents for Maria and Joseph! Never a tree!
Behold, i am not saying all this to change any traditions.
But, you maybe erect it for the following reason too....
It was erected as to appreciate the birth of Jesus Christ on the earth , the incarnation of God. Earlier,it was decorated with candles, ball,candy canes, usually food,  and at the top of  the tree would be either angel or star. Under the Christmas tree would be gifts that would be given to children and the rest of the family.
All this decoration symbolise joys and hope that the world has when Jesus Christ was born.While the star represents star of Betlehem that appeared on the sky above Jesus  when He was born. While the gifts actually represents all the gifts that the wise men from East (as stated in the Holy Bible) brought to Maria and Joseph when they came to visit the newborn, Jesus Christ.
Christmas tree at the lobby of Grand Opera Hotel,Manila.
Reason #3, paganism.
WHAT?
 WHY?
HOW?
 Pagan also had trees to celebrate the winter solstice, usually the evergreen ones. Whenever winter comes which is on December, they would bring these trees inside their homes, had them decorated and worship it. Different ancient religions has different representations of trees but each of them generally worship it for triumphs and hopes as well as to chase away evil spirits. Almost all the major paganism in the ancient world like, Egyptians, Romans, Germans, Scandinavians and even Great Britain before Christianity worshipped evergreen trees.
So, what is your purpose of having Christmas tree in your houses?
Christmas tree and gingerbread little house at Tasty Buffet , Zhuhai.
How on earth this tradition comes to our shores?
I think after you identify your reason of erecting a Christmas tree in your homes , you would have ideas already how this tradition comes into our lives. Yes, we cannot deny that this tradition emerged from the ancient worships.
But, the modern one was started by Martin Luther (the founder of Protestant) when he brought a fir tree to home and decorated it on a Christmas' eve on around 16th century. Then, he told stories to children using the Christmas tree he decorated. Then, Germans start to bring home evergreen trees to erect modern Christmas tree  and decorated it with candles.
On 18th century, German immigrants brought this tradition to Pennsylvania , America. However, Americans saw it as paganism symbolic. The New England Puritans even banned any decorated trees, Christmas carols or any hanging decorations in homes during Christmas as they called these tradition to be idolatry. This was undermined after a Germany sketched Queen Victoria , her husband and their children playing next to a Christmas tree. Well, whatever the royals did were seen to be fashionable by the Britain and even East Coast Americans. Then, the Christmas tree became slowly spread in America. The Christmas tree ornaments that was arrived from German had become more and more popular in America since then. The Europeans usually had their Christmas tree only at four feet height while the Americans like it to be larger, from floor to ceiling usually.
 The rest of the history, we know that once Americans have it, the worldwide will too. Nowadays, people around the world just get more creative when it comes to decorating Christmas trees and the tree does make Christmas becomes merrier and more joyous to the already joyous festive.
0 Second time around, Manila
I am late bloomer for everything. I only had chances to travel after i was married and having a child. I only start blogging when i find that though i am married and have a son, i do still have time to sit on couch in the living room with tv remote control never stop clicking for info on particular channels. There is not much tv shows for too much watching. That is what you have to swallow when you picked up Astro as your tv cabel. Live with it. So, on those boring nights when there is no good tv , and still can do stuff while Steven and i whining about our jobs on each other, i found that i can find times to write a blog.
So that is why maybe you had been to Manila for the zillion times, and I was there only for the timid second.
Recently,i'd been to Manila again after going back from China. This time around i was there for the ultimate shopping. You and i know that it is a notably shopping paradise. I was in to jump in for the crazy Christmas shopping there. I was not surprise at all when numbers of my friends from university too was there at the same time i was there.
Behind Sherry and I was wholesale shop for shoes.
In Baclaran. Most of shops here sell for wholesales only.  If you are doing retail, it is best that you have your travel buddy with you all the time so you are buying more and usually will pay for lower prices. It certainly does not looked like any paradise ,ey. You have got to drop all your sophisticatedness to be here for it is hot and humid, traffic jams is common and you can accidentally push a people with huge shopping bag without saying sorry.
You could never know what you planning to shop. Yes, you have whole of shopping list in your smartphones. But, when you've in the 'paradise of shopping' , you find yourself not being able to take it out from your handbag, because it was too crowded especially during Christmas season. Most of the shop offered low price on anything. ANYTHING.
So, i figured that next year i will bring my family to have a shopping spree here and  it's going to be like an annual shopping trip. Duh, wouldn't we 'd be bored someday?  I don't know about that but i will try my best to make it happen at least for next year, as a start.
By the way, we still find time in the morning to visit the Manila Ocean Park in Manila Bay. It is not larger than  the oceanariums  in Sentosa Singapore but it was still a great place for kids and school children to have educational tours with their teachers. We visited the oceanarium, jellyfish and the sea lion show only as you can choose what do you want to see according to the packages offered at the ticket counter.
 We were the earliest on that day queueing up for admission ticket.
 I thought that the most interesting part visiting this ocean park is the jellyfish. They put jellyfish in a tank according to the type and there were lights that would change colors automatically. And give those jellyfish these looks......
They called these as the dancing fairies of the sea.
I am always terrified by jellyfish. Never thought that they can be beautiful too with some colored lights.
Our final tour was to the  sea lion show which is just at the outdoor foyer. They had two sea lions for actions on that day, i am not sure however how many they put on for the show on other days but , the sea lions seemed following commands  very well from the trainer and very audience-friendly. Indeed, right ? AFfter years of doing it.
Some random facts i found from a souvenir shop. Wah!
So, trip to Manila could never failed to interest me and makes me want to come back again and again some time soon. The drawback now is that there will longer direct flight to Phillipines from KK. It was just announced by Air Asia early this December. So, one has to take transit from KL which the flight ticket to KL is way expensive if you know what i mean. Why man? Why ? Is it because there are so much tourist from Sabah going to Phillipines instead of KL? So, is this a way to boost more vacation within country? If this is true, this just lame. So lame, okay.
By the way, i am enjoying whatever i can get now and all the stuff that i had shopped from this vacation. Until then, thank you for stopping by to read this entry.
