What do you do on Sunday night before starting off your week?

I always have my beauty ritual on.

It just something that i always do to get through the Monday blues on the next day. Sounds shallow but, well you gotta look good though your heart and mind are not really ready for work yet.

I called it the DIY facial at home. Anybody can do this at home and you might have heard this zillion times before reading yours truly entry on how to do DIY facial. I myself couldn't do it completely though, i have to watch my mood. If i had a quite productive Sunday, i might skip few steps. 

First, wash your face thoroughly with your regular face cleanser. Just remember not to rub it to your face roughly. Enough with gentle massage to the face. Massage is important to your face as it promotes good circulation to your face. 

Then, scrub your face, GENTLY. Your skin is your biggest asset and you wouldn't risk it for love too. You gotta love your skin , no. 1. Hahaha.. This step is optional as i don't do it in regular basis. This is the step where i tend to skip. Some say that scrubbing your face can be bad for your skin. It is not, unless you're doing it in daily basis. The most frequent you might do is once or twice a week. 

Then, boil water. After it is boiled, pour it a medium sized bowl. Take a face towel, circle it around your face , the hairline until your chin. Face down towards the bowl's mouth. BE CAREFUL NOT TO SCALD YOUR SKIN WITH HOT STEAM. Ensure that your face is at least 5 inches further from the surface of water. Do this for about 10 minutes. Steaming your face makes the pores more opened ( but not yet removed impurities in them, as people usually said) and ensure that impurities easier to be removed then.

After this, take your favorite masker and smooth it onto your face in circular motion. My favorite masker is by Himalaya Herbals Neem Face Pack. This is the kind of mask that needed to rinsed off. This is also the kind that suits best one with oily face. Meanwhile, the peel off type is best worked with dry to normal skin. However, as i said it earlier, use your favorite. All mask works the same way. It might claim that it fairs, tightens the pores, lifting up the skin and so on. Well, that's up to you to believe it. But, what's important is your mask must effectively removed impurities from your skin pores. This in turn, will give you that radiant and fairer look regardless of what brand of masker you are using. Unless, there is ingredients in the mask that you are allergic too, avoid it. 

 I don't mean to scare you with this photo but, this is how it looked when you are using my favorite mask. It feels muddy and rough to the touch but the smell of the mask is so relaxing. It is made from herbals (Neem - has antibacterial properties and Fuller's Earth- soothes and cool the skin, now who does not love the feeling?), and turmeric.
There was this one time that my son saw me in it, when i bend to kiss him, he actually screamed  in terror. Poor little boy..he thought he seen a ghost.

Looked very ugly but, in 15 minutes, radiant and clean face would be revealed! Tadaa..

Nah, u got me without my make up on! I must say that i don't have the perfect smooth skin going on though. Despite all my beauty ritual. But, hey not having perfect skin does not mean that you have to let it be. Maintain it. And you still can look good regardless of your skin type.

I rinsed the dried mask with a cellulose face sponge that i usually bought from Guardian store. After that, i put on my skin's BFF, Oxy 5 Vanishing Formula, an acne-pimple medication. I had been using this since i was a teenager. If you asked me if it works to get rid of pimples, i would say yes though you might doubt it. I got it if you have doubts because if it works, i wouldn't need it anymore now. Here's the thing. Pimples don't just go away, okay. Especially if you are born with oily skin type. There are times when you looked absolutely radiant, and there are times when your skin feels like falling apart. Trust me, those bad skin days will passed as long as you don't squeeze it and stick to your skin regime.

If you are using any pimple medication, massage it gently to the problem areas of your face in circular motion too. Yes, everything done gently and massage in circular motion. Oh man, how i like to stress it here. It makes a lot different okay than randomly rubbing your face all over. 

Then, wait for the acne cream to absorb into the skin for about 5-10 minutes before applying moisturiser. No matter you have a dry or oily skin, you have to moisturise it at least during the night. I love Za True White Emulsion. Been faithful to this moisturiser since i was still in uni. Just pat it on your skin and let it be absorbed naturally by the skin. 

Finally, sleep well before gearing up for the whole week. Enjoy your weekdays.

I gotta say that the room provided for me has the bestest view. Well, i was on a 4 days meeting in this very hotel. I did not include any photos of the room as my room was in a total mess. I couldn't find once seeing my hotel room any tidier unless the time when i walked in after housekeeping done. Ha ha ha, i guess i am just making full use of the service.

5 KK Burger Bakar

Heard of it already?

KL has this since forever. And this just in KK. Where to find it? Well, before i say it all, i like to proudly say it first that i found out about this burger from a post in Facebook, and then i search more on it from a blog, named Everyday I Love Food , if i am not mistaken. Just to find out where the hell it is located in Sabah.

Well, i find it located in the most unlikely place. It actually has a quite good promotion on the net and Facebook. You can like their Facebook page too by clicking here.They have their banner on the roadside nearby. Well, did i mention the place already?
Next to the Tanjung Aru Plaza.

They has kinda open food court there so, lots of stall opening in the evening right till midnight over but the KK Burger Bakar located just next to the police station. But, i was confuse there is no sign , of the KK Burger Bakar there. There were empty seats everywhere and the grilling tools looked like it was just been filled with charcoal.

So i was doubtful if we get to the right place because i was in disbelieve. The stall does not looked like as i expected it to be. Yeah. I do have high expectations on it because of its promotion. It seems like the promotion does not go with the real stuff.

So, when we get there in doubtful, and the car smelled poops. Yeah, i actually brought my son out with Steven. I made Steven walked around the food court while i fixed my son's diapers to check the right stall that makin' the  burger since there were lots of stall there that was just getting started their bussiness.
  Less than 5 minutes, he came back and told me that's the right stall, pointing the one just next to the police station, with atap nipah. You wouldn't miss it because it is the only stall with atap nipah.I cannot believe they forgot to hang the banner that day. So i was told by the owner. The staff went to work late that day when they were supposed to start their bussiness hour at 5 p.m. therefore, the stall were quite in a mess that evening. Indeed it looked like that.

Despite the messed up ice breaking, i ought to be slow on them since they were just opened 3 weeks ago. Good for them having a master chef right next to the barbeque all the time.

So, when the owner greeted me when we were just finished the food, i said those burgers are fabulously seasoned and tasted original. I think that they had their signature recipes for those fat meat burgers. Unlike those street burgers we always find in night market every where in town of Sabah that used the ready molded , frozen meat burgers from supermarket, this KK BURGER BAKAR molded their own meat burger.

They grilled the burgers in this hottie stuff.

They even put funky names on each of their burgers. They had quite limited choices but, I do looking forward that someday they will extend the choices gradually.

With all the Angry Bird craziness going on, it is contagious right to the menu card. Seriously?

Steven had the Taj Mahal one while me, had the Titanic. It was relatively higher than the regular burgers we always had in other places, which at first, i was hesitated to open wide my mouth to even took a bite. Unfortunately, the stall was supposed to provide us with suitable tools so that we can enjoy the burgers with decent table manners which they only offered a plastic spoon to us when we were half way finishing the towering burgers. Too late we enjoyed the traditional way of eating the burger already that we declined that sweet offers.And how could you eat your burger with a spoon?

Titanic burger. What differs it from others, it comes with bacon with it. I think each of the burger has their own unique ingredients with it. They have their signature black pepper sauce and chilli ketchup.

I said to Steven , " i swear i don't want to start over again to figure out how to eat these with spoon. I am fine with being impolite on the dining table and get messy with these ketchup all over my cheeks. You?"
Steven answered , struggling with his own burger in his full mouth, "yeah i thought so too. Oh, you really had ketchup on your right cheek. Wipe it yourself cause i am eating too right now, darling." Yeah i kept on wiping off my cheeks while i am eating that monster.

Fullfilling satisfaction. Third best after sex. Ha ha ha. Did i just type that?

The banner finally hang after they settle everything in the kitchen.

If you are finding yourself trapped with nowhere to go tonight , if you are happened to be in KK importantly, (because it looked like they have not any branch of this burger bakar anywhere else but here and if you are fan of street burgers, street lepaking, tired of roti canai and nasi goreng kampung with teh tarik, this is a way to go. Get down and messy with KK BURGER BAKAR. You'll love it.

While waiting for the burgers. My son looked more impatient than me. As if he could eat a burger out of his little stomach. To ease it, i let him scoop his favorite finger biscuits on his own.

What do you think of this woman above? Cantik? Cute? 

The thing here is not about how beautiful or cute she is. Dia bukan diletak untuk dilelong kerana kecantikan paras rupanya. Errrr....I wonder what's the right words to use here? Dia memang untuk dilelong . Yes, her body. Tidak menghairankan? Mengapa anda fikir sebegitu? Mungkin kerana sudah terlalu banyak kes menjual badan sendiri di dark streets and online. Mereka ini selalunya kita panggil sebagai pelacur, pelayan khidmat seks, dalam bahasa Inggeris, prostitute, call girl dan macam-macam lagi yang mungkin hanya anda yang tahu. Hahaha!

Wanita tersebut bernama Catarina Migliorini, seorang warga Brazil yang mengaku bahawa dia masih dara pada umur 20 tahun. Tidak menghairankan? Of course bagi budaya kita, sudah sememangnya dara itu dijaga untuk lelaki yang akan kita kahwini. Tetapi bagi wanita dan perempuan Brazil,rata-rata sudah hilang dara pada umur 16 tahun dan ke atas. Tidak ingin mengulas banyak tentang itu. Semua itu bergantung pada budaya, persekitaran dan ajaran agama yang diterima oleh seseorang itu.

Isu disini bukan tentang umur seorang wanita kehilangan daranya. Tetapi...WANITA INI DIKATAKAN MELELONGKAN DARANYA SECARA ONLINE. Hasil daripada lelongan ini akan disimpan untuk dirinya sendiri dan selebihnya untuk sebuah badan NGO yang akan MEMBANTU KELUARGA-KELUARGA YANG MISKIN DI SANTA CATARINA, BRAZIL UNTUK MEMBINA RUMAH!

Bidder yang tertinggi akan berpeluang untuk melakukan this 'deed' di atas sebuah jet peribadi milik sebuah syarikat penerbitan Australia untuk sebuah rancangan berjudul, "Virgins Wanted". Semasa kejadian penting ini takes place, jet tersebut dikatakan akan terbang dari Australia ke Amerika Syarikat untuk mengelakkan tuduhan pelacuran. 

Catarina Migliorini walaubagaimanapun tidak mengaku bahawa dia seorang pelacur berikutan daripada lelongan tersebut kerana dia mengatakan bahawa perkara ini hanya dilakukan sekali dalam hidupnya.   Dia juga menyatakan bahawa dia  melakukannya untuk tujuan yang baik selain menikmati wang hasil lelongan tersebut. Adakah perbezaan nya? Pandangan anda?

 Dalam beberapa laman web yang saya telah layari, mengatakan bahawa lelongan Catarina Migliorini setakat ini telah mencapai sehingga USD 155000. Impressive and crazy at the same time. Lelongan ini akan berterusan sehingga 15 Oktober. 

Walaupun, perkara ini dilakukan dengan kerjasama syarikat penerbitan, namun , tidak akan ada sebarang rakaman video untuk perbuatan tersebut. Pemakaian kondom adalah diwajibkan. Logik la kan..siapa tahu bidder tersebut pembawa STD( kalau tidak tahu, STD ini adalah penyakit-penyakit kelamin, la.). Free-free ja dapat penyakit woooo... rancangan tersebut hanya akan cover untuk sebelum dan selepas dara saja. Ini bukan rancangan porno. Ini rancangan yang gila no 2 selepas porno. Selain itu, bidder yang menang itu tidak diperbolehkan untuk kiss, hugs, or whatever form of foreplay ya.. Mereka hanya akan terus go straight to the point. Are you following this?

Dia juga bersikap jujur bahawa tidak semua wang tersebut akan diserahkan kepada kebajikan tetapi juga untuk dirinya sendiri.   Hmm..saya tidak dapat mengulas dari sudut moral untuk perkara seperti ini. Hanya dapat menyampaikan maklumat ..Anda pula bagaimana?

0 Robert and Kristen are together again?!

I guess you heard it already.

Few months ago, we were shocked by the news of the Twilight couple broke up after photos of Kristen and Rupert Sanders steamy sessions leaked. After they broke up, Robert immediately moved out from the house they shared. ...

But now, they are reportedly moved back in! Walaaa...! Good for them. I am sure thousand of fans could finally held their breath and screams, "told ya! they're belong to each other!"   So, i want to share my opinion on this trust issues matter based on my experience. I had an on off boyfriend few years ago. Once the trust problem makes its debut, though we still happy when we were together but, everytime we fought, the issues will make its ugly appearance in the arguments. We put up to this problem up for three good shitting years ( the problem debut on our third year, so we had three happy shitting years, and another three roller coaster shitting years) , i believe not only me who work hard for the relationship but also him as well but, we just can't stand each other anymore after those years. So, we broke up for good just like we always reunited for good but to no avail. 

    Rekindling a broken relationship especially related to trust issues is no easy work. The party that was hurted must work his feeling  to forgive and trust that hurtee. The hurtee on the other side must can we say , have to cater to whatever the hurted needs from the hurtee in order to gain that trust again. If the hurted one is asking for crazy requests, sacrifices have to be made but , no promises are given. It is all depend on the hurted person's personality too. So, we do hope that Robert will be softer to Kristen though i know there are numbers of you out there thinks that she deserves a slap on her face.    Are they moving back in yet? There even a link that says Robert is asking Kristen's hand for marriage if she really want the relationship to work.  Wtf, do you believe that? Do you believe that Robert will think that the relationship will grow okay-er if they are married? Any sane human would know that marriage will not guarantee a peaceful relationship and may lead to worse problem if it is not from mutual desires. Of course, Robert has ever proposed to her before but, Kristen was not in hurry for it yet. So, how about now when Robert asked again, will she says 'yes' to show that she really commit to their relationship?

In case you are not reading this full entry, only browsing for some good photos, I'll make it clear that this couple is not married yet but fans are looking forward for this to happen in real life. This photo was taken in their wedding scene in Twilight Breaking Dawn.

Since i am a fan of them on and off screen, i really looking forward for their wedding. And hoped that Rupert Sanders name does not resurface everytime they had a fight after this. Fingers crossed.

2 Revlon Photoready 3D Mascara , A Review

I love these eyelashes... thick, long and soft. Who does not want this? He he he...but these are not real lashes. Fake one.

So, my Maybelline mascara also dries off after 3 months , by daily basis applications.  Well, mascara actually do lasts up until 3 months after opening. But, that's if you really took good care of it. I mean , using it the right way.That's why i am out with my falsies on, which i really love wearing.

But, who does have the time to wear falsies every morning before going to work?  I still need a good mascara to achieve the same length and volume lashes well, maybe not but at least almost have them.

I decided to give a try on the new Revlon Photoready 3D Mascara, okay it may not that very new, i knew that it was released end of 2011. Maybe the Watson did not put on their rack anymore until anytime now. 

Simple packaging, with fat tube.

The mascara give the long eyelashes effect but not to pump up the volume as it claims to be. However, you have to put two to three coats to get the optimum effect. I know we are always being advised to put the next coat after the previous coat had dried but, to my experience , i find that this formula does not work so. I thought that i was the only one with such experience but , i ran into several make up bloggers that think the same too. Which you don't have to wait for the first coat to dry before applying the second. When you does it the advisable way, the mascara tends to clump and the eyelashes were sticking to each other. Big NO, NO. We don't want that. 

The mascara's brushes are tiny and fine and this is what makes it so effective in creating long lashes. It does swipe every fine eye lashes and extend them up.

This mascara does not dry quickly but once it does, you'll feel that it is lightweight to the eyes and can last to 5. Though if you are sweating a lot in the day, there might be some flakes below the lower lashline like i had the other day as a results of running around the school for a packed schedules. 

It can be removed with make up remover easily , at least to mine, i used the Silky Girl Gentle Eye Makeup Remover. 

I strongly recommend this mascara if you are looking for length and lightweight feel on your eyelashes. The price is very reasonable too with its quality, which costs, MYR 37.90 can be found at your nearest drugstore. Happy blinking like dolly doll, girls!

0 Maybelline's Hyper Sharp Liner , A Review

Nah, i just ran out on my liquid eye liner last week so, i went to Watson to buy the new one. I planned to get the same one that i always wear, the Maybelline Line Allure Eyestudio but, instead i can't find it on the Maybelline rack the other day. 

I stumbled upon this i think that it is quite new, the Maybelline Hyper Sharp Liner. It is a liquid eyeliner too with a very sharp and thin brush with it. I've read other blogs review that it only measured 0.05mm. Now, how awesomely fine  is the tip?

Single and double streaks.

I love the Maybelline's pencil liner but, it is quite hard to create a fine liner on the eyeliner with it, and it fades away rather quickly in humid weather. 

The Hyper Sharp Liner has a simple packaging , with gold cap and black tube. However, when you place the tube vertically (with caps down) the liquid will comes off the tube. When i first got the tube, i was putting it vertically down often when i was removing its plastic cover. So, just when i was removing the gold cap, it was like i was holding a marker pen with overloaded ink. Holy crap, my white sleep gown was stained by it!

It does says on its plastic cover that it may spilled when holding it vertically too often or too long therefore, you have to always put it horizontally unless you want the ink to drop on your cheek when you are drawing the liner to your eyes. 

This the end product when the liner landed on my tiny humble eyes....

If you like winged eye liner on your eyes, then this would be a great choice for you as it provides precision in the applications. Look how thin the line i could be making with this fine tip of liner. It so close to the lashline. The application was very easy too though, sometimes i had pretty shaky hands when applying liquid liner. The brush was absolutely soft and glide easily on the lashline.

I like to extend the wing at the corner of my eyes to the lower lash line. A bit extended down only. The fine soft brush makes this easier for me to perform.

It actually does last a day in your work. So, you wouldn't have to worry that your eyeliner falls off your cheek, flakes to be exact. It lasts as long as you don't rub it off. So, if you feel like your eyes gets itchy during the day, get your mirror and scratch your way down in aware of your eye make ups. (But, we are never allowed to rub our eyes. Bad for ya.) Because i don't think that you always had your make up kits along with you all the time, right? So, you will have less  chance to re apply or correct your make up in the toilet. Seriously , it waste lots of my time working or i might miss the most interesting scene in a movie for correcting my eyeliner!

That's my review for today. Ha ha ha...as if i'm doing this on the regular basis. (Blushed cheek) But, i try to if i get some new products for my make up kits.

0 The Annual Dinner Details are Announced ! And I Got Some Eye Candy

So, when i finished my first class yesterday, one of my fellow colleagues announced in the office that the teachers and staffs annual dinner will be on November 3, 2012 in Novotel Hotel at 1 Borneo Hypermall. She did mention that we are allowed to bring partners and family with us. Yeay, how nice!

Andd....of course the first thing that concerns me when such events comes up is the theme! 

Duhh, purple and pink. What's that supposed to mean? Means we can wear whatever we feel like comfortable in and bring it on that night ...all....as long as it is in pink and purple. If one wears blue, it will still suits the theme as long as she might have pink hairband going on. Haha...i am not gonna bluff more on that theme. Because there are just so many things that one can rock on to a dinner party with these colors by the way. And , man... purple and pink has been my latest obsession...aww. They do the theme for me. Especially for me.. Well, i think i am the only person who think that way. How narcissistic that can be?

So,i have been thinking ... Should i asked my beloved talented mom to tailor the dress for me? Or should i just go any shops that sells amazing dress for this event? 

This is the dress that mom tailored for me on school annual dinner in 2010, back when i was still in FELDA Sahabat, Lahad Datu. Looks pretty amazing right? I am sorry the photo took in toggle whatever and you can't even see the whole picture of the dress.

Will my mom have the time to make it for me? I owed a mountain lots (is this words even exist?) for she took very good care of my son back home. I know she is very tired taking care of my son who has been having diarrhea for a week and 3 days now. So sad by the way, that i can't be with them now. 

What i am gonna do is just waiting for the right time to ask mom. Finger crossed.. ;p

Avant-garde, i must say. I don't think i can't finished the course meal right til the desserts served , or else i will feel as if i violated the dress its own. Too glittery on the front , you might caused your opposite table mates mistakenly took vinegar for some sugar for their tea.

This is sexaayy... something you would prefer wearing to get down and dirty dancing at nearest pub to where the dinner party held. Haha...then you wouldn't miss out on anything. Because you don't waste time to change from the dinner to go dancing in the club. Peace out!!

Okay, enough for tonight. I am so gonna head to the kitchen to check on my napa cabbage bathing on salt water. Shh...i am making kimchi for the first time. Wish me luck :)
